There Council of the Calabria Regionin today’s session, on the proposal of theCouncilor for strategic programming, Marcello Minennain order to start the implementation of urban strategies for the programming period 2021-2027 -Objective of Policy 5: a Europe closer to citizens -has The territorial strategy document of the Cosenza- Rende Urban Area approved.
The document consists of 15 operations with a total value of € 21,61.306.67, of which 9 to be carried out in the municipal area of Cosenza for Euro 11,090,000.00, 5 interventions referring to the municipal territory of Rende for € 9,275,000.00 and 1 intervention common to the Cosenza urban area – makes support for the birth of new companies and existing companies for € 1.246.306.67.
This document reports an integrated strategic design of the Cosenza-Rende conurbation built around the “urban redevelopment” attach, in line with the support of action 5.1.1 of the program, and invests various thematic areas: qualification and functional integration of the green plot of the two parks of the urban area; material redevelopment and safety of public spaces; enhancement of cultural heritage and cultural services; energy efficiency of the public lighting network; enhancement of infrastructure for education; social and economic regeneration and contrast to employment discomfort.
On the indication of the Councilor for Social Policies, Caterina Capponi, was then deliberated the disagreement of an interinstitutional agreement between the Calabria Region and the National Council of Economy and Labor (CNEL), which is part of the framework of the regional policies regarding welfare and territorial social services and has the objective of activating a stable institutional collaboration aimed at promoting the exchange of studies, data and analyzes in possession of the parties involved in the subjects and the ambitions territorial of competence and of common interest.
In particular, the agreement aims to enhance the activities of the National Observatory on Territorial Social Services and the Permanent Commission of Social Policies, Sustainable Development and Third Sector, in order to support the programming of the integrated system of the interventions and social services of the Calabria Region. The agreement will also allow the Region to participate in the activities of the Committee for Equal Opportunities and the Permanent Secretariat for the Economic, Social and Work Inclusion of Personal Personal Personal Freedoms, thus contributing to the creation of an integrated and innovative system of socio-work reintegration
With another resolution of the commissioner Capponi, in implementation of the ceiling 127cu, signed between the government, the regions, the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano, the financial plan 2025 was approved relating to the use of the resources of the “Fund for youth policies”. 632,127 euros were assigned to the Calabria Region by the government, with a minimum regional co -financing of 70,236 euros. Subsequently, the positive outcome of the coherence exam carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, the executive, on the indication of the Councilor for Labor, Giovanni Calabrese, decided to adopt, definitively, the updating of the financial framework of the Implementing Plan Gol (Warranty Warranty Warranty) Calabria, taking note of the economic resources assigned to the Calabria Region for the year 2023 which amount to 55,920,000.00 euros.
The update of Par Calabria is characterized by the strategic integration between PNRR and FSE+funds, attention to digital competence, social inclusion and entrepreneurship, the extension of services and paths also through CPI, private bodies and third sector, with focus on fragile subjects and in work transition.
In addition, the Council, on the proposal of the Councilor for Economic Development, Rosario Varì, expressed the regional agreement as part of the construction authorization procedure and the exercise of the new 380 kV connection between the Laino-Rossano 1 existing line and the Alomonte electric station (Laino-Aalytonte 2). The intervention, whose authorization is of ministerial competence, was proposed by Terna, as the government concessionaire of the national energy transport network. The agreement was expressed following the positive conclusion of the Conference of Services called by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Safety, within which the opinions of the competent regional departments, as well as the other territorial bodies falling within the region were acquired.
Finally, deliberate on the indication of the Councilor for Agriculture, Gianluca Gallo, the establishment of the regional observatory of the officinal plants composed of the general managers of the regional departments to agriculture and the environment, and by: Vincenzo Musolino of the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro, Michele Monti of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria, Giancarlo Antonio Statti of the Unical of Cosenza, Luigia Angela, Luigia Angela. Iuliano and Giuseppe Orrico of the Arsac, Luigi Adinolfi Si Coldiretti Calabria, Angelo Politi of Confagricoltura, Franco Belmonte della Cia, Bruno Gianmarco Carrà for the colleges and professional orders competent in the field of agriculture, Pasquale Magro for the agronomous and forestry federations and of the agrarian experts, Teresa Credidio of Anci, Nicodemo Giuseppe Passalacqua dell Teti, Benito Scagzizio and Antonio Massarotto for the protection of officinal plants.
