The document consists of 15 operations with a total value of € 21,61.306.67, of which 9 to be carried out in the municipal area of ​​Cosenza for Euro 11,090,000.00, 5 interventions referring to the municipal territory of Rende for € 9,275,000.00 and 1 intervention common to the Cosenza urban area – makes support for the birth of new companies and existing companies for € 1.246.306.67.

This document reports an integrated strategic design of the Cosenza-Rende conurbation built around the “urban redevelopment” attach, in line with the support of action 5.1.1 of the program, and invests various thematic areas: qualification and functional integration of the green plot of the two parks of the urban area; material redevelopment and safety of public spaces; enhancement of cultural heritage and cultural services; energy efficiency of the public lighting network; enhancement of infrastructure for education; social and economic regeneration and contrast to employment discomfort.

On the indication of the Councilor for Social Policies, Caterina Capponi, was then deliberated the disagreement of an interinstitutional agreement between the Calabria Region and the National Council of Economy and Labor (CNEL), which is part of the framework of the regional policies regarding welfare and territorial social services and has the objective of activating a stable institutional collaboration aimed at promoting the exchange of studies, data and analyzes in possession of the parties involved in the subjects and the ambitions territorial of competence and of common interest.

In particular, the agreement aims to enhance the activities of the National Observatory on Territorial Social Services and the Permanent Commission of Social Policies, Sustainable Development and Third Sector, in order to support the programming of the integrated system of the interventions and social services of the Calabria Region. The agreement will also allow the Region to participate in the activities of the Committee for Equal Opportunities and the Permanent Secretariat for the Economic, Social and Work Inclusion of Personal Personal Personal Freedoms, thus contributing to the creation of an integrated and innovative system of socio-work reintegration

Subsequently, the positive outcome of the coherence exam carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, the executive, on the indication of the Councilor for Labor, Giovanni Calabrese, decided to adopt, definitively, the updating of the financial framework of the Implementing Plan Gol (Warranty Warranty Warranty) Calabria, taking note of the economic resources assigned to the Calabria Region for the year 2023 which amount to 55,920,000.00 euros.

The agreement was expressed following the positive conclusion of the Conference of Services called by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Safety, within which the opinions of the competent regional departments, as well as the other territorial bodies falling within the region were acquired.

Finally, deliberate on the indication of the Councilor for Agriculture, Gianluca Gallo, the establishment of the regional observatory of the officinal plants composed of the general managers of the regional departments to agriculture and the environment, and by: Vincenzo Musolino of the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro, Michele Monti of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria, Giancarlo Antonio Statti of the Unical of Cosenza, Luigia Angela, Luigia Angela.
