Illegal acts in the management of housing in Catanzaro: Aterp wants to take civil action

Aterp has asked to take civil action against its former and current employees involved in the “Minos” investigation coordinated by the Catanzaro prosecutor’s office and conducted by Digos and the Carabinieri. Yesterday morning the preliminary hearing against the 22 suspects opened before the preliminary hearing judge Danila Gilda Romano. In addition to Aterp, the Sunia union which protects tenants and assignees of public housing has asked to join as a civil party. Some electricity problems in the courthouse of the Calabrian capital led to the postponement of the hearing until December 15th. On that date the preliminary hearing judge will make known the decisions on the appearance of civil parties, and the choice of the procedure (ordinary or abbreviated) by the suspects is also foreseen at that hearing.
