In the first nine months of 2024, those who took early retirement did so before the age of 62: this is what emerges from the Monitoring of retirement flows just published by the INPS according to which for private employees the average early exit from work was 61.2 years (77,277 early pensions out of the 150,642 paid overall). For public employees, the average exit age in 2024 was reduced to 62.1 years compared to 62.3 in 2023, thanks to the reduction in retirements with Quota 103 and the greater incidence of exits with 42 years and 10 months of contributions .
